It runs on the small side. The skirt is straight, so the hip measurement matters most: please check the hip in the size chart, and size up if you are between sizes.

Yes, the straps fasten to the bib with metal hooks and adjust in length. They cross at the back, so they stay put on your shoulders.
What do I wear underneath?
It is open at the sides, so it is made to go over a top: a white tee in summer, a long-sleeve top or a light knit when it cools down.
